上記のフィルムは、平成１５年５月１１日に、都筑区茅ヶ崎南４丁目で起きた傷害被告事
件の現場検証である。目視なしに腕を振ると窓枠（８３ｃｍ幅）や物干し竿に当たる。

I twisted my body in front of the window(83cm width.) I could not twist my body without touching the tapes when I am behind the window. When someone pull someone down, my arm swings are more and more wide. If I pull someone down behind the window, I chopped my hands at wiondow.
The prosecutor said,,"the accused grasp her neck rapidly,and pull her down near
window(83cm width.) " ,and she did not think chopping at window. The Valconi was too small.
