2. Add a teaspoon of sugar.
3. Drink it 15mins before you eat your meal.
The idea is you feel full after drinking it so you won't eat so much.
Effects:
1. Milk has calcium.
2. Sugar contains something called "Sarotonin" which increases the level of happiness. Sugar will make you feel full too.

I tried it today before dinner. It really feels full after drinking it. Even after 15 mins I still feel bloated. But I think the idea is not to replace food with milk, but to make it part of the meal so that you don't eat so much.
Oh btw, it tastes like sweet milk. Quite interesting
I got hungry after 2 hours. Like, very hungry. But I think that's because I ate a mango salad for dinner only.
